We do not accept returns based on change of mind. Every product is discussed with one of our solar experts before purchase to confirm it's the right fit for your needs, so we ask that you conclude your decision before payment is made.
If you receive a faulty product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
Contact our team via WhatsApp or phone with your order details and the issue. We'll confirm eligibility and next steps, including whether the item should be brought to a branch or collected.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Paystack's standard processing window is 3 to 10 business days from when we initiate the refund.
Return shipping is covered by the customer. As with your original order, shipping is arranged separately and isn't included in the product payment — please discuss return shipping directly with our sales or support team.
Once a solar system has been installed, it is covered by the manufacturer's warranty and our installation guarantee rather than this return policy. Contact us if you experience an issue with an installed system.
